I had a quick look on Ancestry at the Scottish censuses.
This (1851 census) looks very similar to your family but the ages are different
64 Stevenson St, Calton Lanarkshire
James Reid 48, b Ireland, occ Weaver
Francis Reid 54, b Ireland, occ Seamstress
Samuel Reid 14, b Glasgow, occ Brass Finisher App
Francis Reid 12, b Glasgow
Is this them or just a coincidence. Samuel Reid is quite a rare name, only 4 in the index for Scotland for 1851
